By adding your router I can create all the guides, screenshot databases and have your router work in my programs.
All you need to do is use my easy to use router screen capture program. This will make getting me the data easy and simple.

Port Forwarding Guide
For automatic port forwarding try Simple Port Forwarding

Step 1.

Some routers & modems work best with port forwarding if you have a static local IP.
Manually set your network interface card ( NIC ) to use a static ip address.
You can also download my FREE Simple Static IP tool to set it for you.

Step 2.

Open your favorite web browser and input your routers ip address in the address bar.
Please note that you must have the http:// in order to connect to your router/modem properly.

Step 3.

Some router/modems require a username and/or password, if yours requires it, enter the routers username and password here.

If you don't know it you can check our list of default router and modem password list here.

If you have changed it and don't remember it you may have to reset your device to factory default using the reset button on most routers.


 

Step 4.

Once logged into your router click on the "NAT" tab.

Next click on "Virtual Server"

Step 5.

For the "Private IP"  field put the local IP of the computer.

For "Private Port" enter the starting port to be forwarded.
Example: 2100

Next choose the "Type" you want to use.

Now in "Public Port" enter the ending port to be forwarded.
Example: 3100

Give your entry a name in the "Comment" field.

Be sure to check "Enabled"

Repeat step 5 for any more ports you need to forward.

Click "OK"

All Done!

Now in "Ending Port" enter the ending port to be forwarded.
Example: 3100

Next choose the "Protocol" you want to use.

Repeat step 5 for any more ports you need to forward.

First be sure to give your entry a name under "Rule Name"

Choose your "Protocol"

For "Port Start" enter in the starting port to be forwarded.
Example: 2100

For "Port End" enter in the ending port to be forwarded.
Example: 3100

For "Port Map Start" again enter in the starting port to be forwarded.
Example: 2100

Now click on "Apply"

Now click "Back"

Now choose the "Available Rules" entry you would like to use by highlighting it and clicking "Add"

Now that your entry is in "Applied Rules" highlight it and click "Apply"

Repeat steps 5-7 for any other entries you would like to make.

For "Local IP Address"  field put the local IP of the computer.

Next choose the "Protocol" you want to use.

In "Port Range" enter the starting/ending ports to be forwarded.
Example: 2100-3100

Next give your entry a name under "Description"

Repeat step 5 for any more ports you need to forward.

Click "Save"

Wait for the page to load and give your entry a name under "Application Name"

In "WAN Side Ports" enter the starting ports to be forwarded.
Example: 2100

Next choose the "Protocol" you want to use.

In "LAN Side Ports" enter the ending port to be forwarded.
Example: 3100

For the "To IP Address"  field put the local IP of the computer.

Be sure to check "Enabled"

Repeat step 5 for any more ports you need to forward.

Click "Save"

All Done!
