Port Forwarding Guide
For automatic port forwarding try Simple Port Forwarding
Some routers & modems work best with port forwarding if you have a static
Manually set your network interface card ( NIC ) to use a static ip address.
You can also download my FREE Simple Static IP tool to set it for you.
Open your favorite web browser and input your routers ip address in the address bar.
Please note that you must have the http:// in order to connect to your router/modem properly.

Once logged into the router, click the 'Advanced Settings' link on the left of the page.
Once the 'Advanced Settings' page loads click on the'NAT' link at the left of the screen.
Now click on the 'Virtual Server' Link under 'NAT' on the left of the screen.
Now for 'Lan IP Address type in the computers IP address
For 'Protocol Type' select the protocol you want to use.
For 'Lan Port' enter the port number you want to forward.
For 'Public Port' enter the port number you want to forward.
Now check the 'Enable' box.
To save your settings click the 'Add' button on the right.
Repeat step 5 to add more forwarding rules.
