Simple Port Forwarding v2.4.8 released. Added more commands to handle even more routers.

Simple Port Forwarding v2.4.6 released. This new release will make a lot of p2p users happy. The program can now grab the current ports 8 of some of the most popular p2p apps are using. Nearly all p2p programs set a new random port on each install, so there is no default port to add to the program database. Well the user would have to open the program, go to the settings, find the port then put it in the simple port forwarding program. Well now the program will grab that information for the user!

I have made and released my own online port tester. SPF will no longer use canyouseeme.org and will now use the port tester here on the site. I will soon be releasing the port tester included in SPF as a standalone program as well. The port tester will still be SPF, but this will allow users to user the tester without needing to download SPF if they don't need it.

New program released! Simple Internet Meter v2.0.0 - This is a new bandwidth monitoring program I spent the last 3 weeks writing. 30,000 lines of code in 3 weeks, I can't see straight anymore. This is my first program that isn't for free. Although I did make it cheap. $12.95 you can download and try it out, you get a 14 day trial. Also there is a great video of the program as well, give it a watch and see what the program can do.

Cleanemem 1.4.2 released. Fixed a small bug where the only list didn't work.

Some of you may have noticed some changes to the site. Things are coming along nicely, the site is growing fast. Also a new version of Simple Port Forwarding is in the works, with even more features. This is going to be a rather large update. So check back in the next few weeks. Also I have added more people to help me run the site. I now have a guide writer to help me get the guides caught up. A forum admin to help me answer questions in the forums, and I have someone covering the screen shot pages for me. This gives me more time to keep adding routers to the simple port forwarding program and also start on other new programs.

On a side note, in the next week I will be taking a few days off as my 4th child will be on its way :-) Will be my third girl, wish us luck!

I have removed the extra themes that users could choose plus some other small things as well. The site is growing at a good rate and is requiring more resources. So anything that is not absolutely needed is being removed to lower the cost of the resources. I have also lowered the width of the site to better fit lower resolutions.
Also I have begun some extra performance increasing items with the site, speeding up the load time of the pages, lowering the hit on the server and allowing the site to handle 100x more traffic as it is now with the same amount of resources :-) Man I love tweaking!
